Email Help: Clients not receiving confirmations of orders may well need to check their "junk" mail folders and see if the email is in there. If it is, we suggest they deselect this address as "junk". For example: In HOTMAIL when you have found the mail from "1stBaby" in the Junk email folder, you will need to click the button "Not Junk" or "Allow Sender" depending on version you are running.
